Perform as a technical engineer researching and integrating design strategies, product specifications, compliance standards and user expectations into delivered capabilities; Apply software and systems engineering principles and expertise to application migration/transition initiatives; Able to analyze and study for small to complex system requirements; Identify and deliver solutions that meet both performance and Information Security Assurance requirements; Evaluate new technologies and software to make recommendations for architectural enhancements reducing operating time, improving efficiency; Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation; experience in activities such as security access analysis, design, load optimization, and implementation.
Large scale data processing, advanced data analytics environment and variety of complex computing environments on both Linux and Windows Operating systems; Managing data collection and acquisition efforts by way of data discovery, analysis and exploitation requirements; Understand technology surrounding Cloud, Virtualized environments, web services, access control capabilities and data management/ formats; Building comprehensive user, application, and system audit solutions using syslog, auditd, and Splunk; Well versed in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); Perform security scans, interpret scan results, provide and apply recommended mitigations.
